trash pickup in santo domingo

Does anyone know if they are ever going to go back to picking up the trash early in the morning again. For 13 years I have had my trash picked upin the early morning , like before 8am. Now the last few months they have been coming after 3 in the afternoon.Yesterday the 3rd they didn't come till almost 5pm. Does anyone know what is going on here?

Happens to me here up north when the driver decides to do the route in reverse. I don't mind at all since it gives me the oppty to find something else that can be set to the curb! ;)

It doesn't matter what time they come, just that they come that day.

We had the same thing happen for several weeks in November but now it is back to normal. If you hear them coming go out to the curb and ask them what's going on; or phone the company.
