The love of my life has just received word, that an MRI she had last night, shows evidence of Pancreatic Cancer. The nodules are also present on her Liver. Next steps, Pet Scan and endoscopy.

Has anyone experienced positive help from the Villages Moffit Cancer Center?

I don't know anyone who has used the center. But I sure wish I could tell you about a million success stories to ease your mind. I hope knowing that you, your wife and family are sincerely in my thoughts and prayers helps you in some small way. And may the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Heavenly Father, I come before you with a solemn heart and in need of your intercession. I pray that the cancer that has come into her life soon fades into a quick remission. I believe in your capacity for miracles, and ask for this on her behalf. As we grow older, I know we become closer to the day you accept us back into your kingdom. I ask for her that you delay that holy union if it be your will. In your name I pray, Amen.

To answer your question, Moffitt Cancer Center is one of the leading research centers. Lived in St Pete for many years and as a Home Health Care nurse I have seen great results in patients treated there. And I am still working here in TV and I am still seeing positive results.

So sorry to hear about your lovely wife. I hope and pray that she will have a positive program from the doctors to help her beat this thing. Please keep us posted and know that we are ALL praying for her.

If you do a search on this forum for pancreatic cancer, you will see many threads on this subject from people in the past and who they used for treatment. Again, good luck and God bless.

My thoughts and prayers are with both of you. My father survived pancreatic cancer three years ago with the help of a very compassionate and amazing doctor, Malcolm M. Bilimoria, MD. He knows this disease and how to treat it. My dad is now 86 years old and is still cancer free. The doctor is in Arlington Heights, Illinois at Northwest Community Hospital and I understand people come to him from all over.
