I’m looking to purchase a home in TV and was wondering if anyone has the name of a salesperson they were happy with.

Without going into a lot of detail, Lorraine Anderson of The Properties of The Villages is THE BEST!

We identified what we wanted extensively and precisely. Lorraine found us a house that met virtually every one of the four pages of "wants" that we provided her before we began looking. And she did it within three days!

We just spent 4 days working with Marcia Meuser of Prestige Realty. We found our home and will be arriving in November to be Villagers. She followed our lead and showed us exactly what we had requested. In turn she made a suggestion of a home she thought we would like and it was that one we settled on. No fancy talk , straight shooting and down to earth. She lives in TV and loves her job helping new folks settle into the lifestyle.

Why would a realtor charge you $3000 for finding you a home? I've never heard of this. Realtors make their money on commissions the seller pays. We have bought two homes and never paid a realtor fee for finding us a home.

In The Villages, new or preowned, realtor Debra Park sets the standard for service. Plenty of help, great knowledge, no pressure and no fee is charged !!!!!!!!!!

We used Esther Mital with TV Reality organization. She is the Gold Standard for Sales in TV and the epitome of no pressure sales. Very helpful and very knowledgable about TV. Would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about moving to TV.

I should have mentioned that if your buying a home and you see it listed by partnership reality. Be sure to check it out as the seller is not paying an outrageous sum to the reality co. and can sell their house for less money , maybe as much as $25000.00 less......couldn't hurt....
