LSV or Gem cars

LSV's need to be lisc. just like a regular car and they need to have insurance yet they still run on the golf cart path,does that mean that I can ride my motorcycle or drive my car there to. NO. Why are these on the path,get on the road where you belong. If I heard right these do 40 mph. Get out of the way golf cart.
