Powder Rooms

Do any of the homes in TV have powder rooms? It's pretty standard on homes up north but on my tours of new homes, both designer and premier, I noticed neither had a powder room, not even the high end models.

The only homes I found with a powder room in looking at The Villages site and Realtors are older manufactured pre-owned homes.

Nancy, The Bridgeport model like I have for sale has a powder room. It's great because guests don't have to go in the bedroom areas to "powder their noses".

Sam is right, :agree: as I look at my packet from The Villages it shows under designer homes in the Our Homes brochure the Bridgeport with a powder room. Also in Premier homes the Grandview has one.

The St James model I live in now has one as well.
