Golf Cart Drive-In Movie

Looking for information about the Golf Cart Drive In Movie I am going on Sept 27 what time should I get there and does everybody tailgate and any other Info I need Thanks Vinny

Hey Vinny.....we did it last spring and it was fun. Get there early and plan to tailgate (just about everybody does). You can judge your time of arrival based on what time it gets dark. I'd get there at least an hour early or earlier to get a good spot. People were there with grills, tables and chairs, and anything else they could haul on their golf carts. The picture quality is not that great and neither was the sound (they used to ask you to bring a radio so that you could tune in on the frequency they were using, but last spring they used speakers. Wasn't so great). But all in all, it really was a lot of fun. My only concern is that the LoveBugs will still be out.

Today's paper said both sessions this fall are sold out (350 tickets) and they won't do it again til springtime....so, gotta wait for awhile to see the big screen.

Driveins were big when I grew up also, but not sure I could have quite the same experiences at a drivein in a golf cart as in the old days. Hard to smuggle in extra friends in the trunk in a golf cart, also.

Like v07 said I've heard they sell out quick, so you need to find out how to get notified or where to look when they go on sale, if they sell out that quick it's gotta be fun.
