Need hotel recommendation

We hope to make our 3rd visit next week. We purchased in Aug and closed in Sep. The first visit was our LSV (great accomodations) and the 2nd was a hotel in Spanish Springs. We would like to stay near our home in Brownwood, Collier neighborhood. We have not sold our home in South Florida, so we look forward to our brief visits. Travel from the other villages hotels is time consuming. Can't wait to be there full time. Hotel recommendations would be appreciated.

Closest place would be The Waterfront Hotel, located at LSL. I've heard that they offer TV residents / owners a discount. Beautiful hotel and a block away from the square.

After we closed we brought items that allowed us to stay in our new house.

Bought a queen air mattress. Eventually we realized we needed to replace our king mattress anyway so got a bed.
Brought folding tables, lamps, and some basic kitchen items that allow us to stay in our house.

It's a lot cheaper and has allowed us time to get comfortable in our new home.

The hard part is having your house listed you have to keep the good stuff there.
