If you registered 5 years ago it's time to renew. Here is the website. Just to be sure, do it again. It really makes a difference.

Thanks Mary for the website address. I needed to reregister since moving to Florida and kept putting it off. You made it easy for me and also I didn't know cell phones could be registered too. You were a big help  Thanks again.

Unfortunately, political, charity, some financial institutions that you deal with get to bypass the do-not-call registry.

You can either do like I do hang up or say "just a minute I will get him" and put them on hold or if you have time carry on a meaningless conversation with them.

No matter how many times you ask them to take you off their list, they don't.

I bought a "telezapper" device several years ago...between that and the do not call registry, I get virtually no telephone solicitations.....something must be working.
