MAINTENANCE OF CBS HOMES

Can you please tell me the maintenance issues/estimated costs involved for CBS homes? How frequently do they need to be power-washed and painted? What are the costs for each? I've been told they tend to have more problems with mold than the sided homes. Is this true?

We have had a CBS home for almost two years. I think you need to have them low pressure washed about once a year. We are budgeting to paint ours every five to seven years. We have had no mold problem.

Ours is 3 years old and I just power washed (from a distance if you know what I mean) for the first time. Didn't really need it all that bad but had a spare afternoon one day. No mold issues.
