This is my first post and am really a novice.
We purchased a 4-seater brand new STAR electric golf cart from K&H on 27/441 and have had nothing but trouble with it since purchasing in February. They say it is warranteed for 2 years, but the dealer and the warrantee are worthless. They don't have parts and the owner Ken Hicks is obnoxious to deal with. He never shows up when he is supposed to and feels like he is doing you a favor. I would not recommend him or his cart.

I have been keeping track of all of my problems and have discussed this with JH Global who is the distributor in Greenville SC. They aren't much help either.
I would like to hear from anyone else who has problems with this dealer and maybe we can get together to get the service we deserve.
