Ever since updating to the latest version of Internert Explorer 11, I've been getting error messages about upgrading to the latest version of Adobe Flash whenever I try to view a video. I've run the update and still get the error message. After some extensive internet research, I've found that resetting IE to the default settings, seems to resolve this issue.
Close IE
Go to control panel and internet options.
Click on advanced and reset to default settings.
Open IE and test.
There seem to a lot of compatibility issues with IE 11, if you have not upgraded yet, it might be wise to hold off until all these issues are resolved.
