lamp post decorations

I am looking for the plastic cup globes I have seen on several lamp posts in the Villages. I would love to buy some or if anyone knows how to make them I would be able to try that. Thanks for any help you can give

Have seen the "vendors" selling from their car---in the Sweet Bay and Colony (Publix) parking lots! You can see that it's them as they'll have the product on top of their car.

Ace Hardware sells the pumpkins and snowmen. About $50 each as I recall. They may have others.

Here is a link to a do it yourself Youtube video. If the link doesn't work, you can log onto Youtube.com and search sparkleball. They make a ball but if you would like to place it over your lamp post just leave the last few cups off.
