Waited 1 month to get my cart serviced, when done still doesn't work properly, Now must wait longer to get in, I think they would like to get this resolved. I'm going to buy a new cart, not sure I want to buy from someone that has a bad service department.

Sorry to hear that, bootcamp. Two questions; where did you buy your cart and which dealer do you feel has a bad service department?

Completely opposite experience with The Villages Golf Carts repair department. Picked up cart and was done with the repairs the same day. I had them keep it an additional day to touch up some paint. Very prompt and courteous service and the price was fair.
