We were out carting yesterday eve looking at christmas lights through the various neighborhoods and passed Palmer. I commented on the aroma as we passed by and we stopped on our return to inquire about how long they are open. They welcomed us and seated us. The entire staff were very nice and the food was excellent. I had the best lobster bisque I've ever tasted. Even though we dropped by the staff were very welcoming and very professional. I had heard good things about Palmer and now know why.

Superb meal. Fantastic service. Great value for the price. I really wonder what's the source of these complaints.

You can have a bad "experience" at any restaurant on a given night. Our experience at Palmer's has been okay, good and excellent. So much depends on good management. Without it, things can go "south" very quickly.

I agree 100 percent that on any given night in any restaurant there will be a meal service problem due to any number of reasons. The only thing that really bothers me is when I read that the customer never addressed the problem with a manager and then expects the problem to be magically solved if they make a return visit. I just don't understand the reasoning by some customers they should'nt let the manager know there is a problem. In today's economy restaurants with top management want to keep the feet walking in the door bringing other feet.

Just went there with my wife tonight for her birthday which is tomorrow. We split a bowl of French onion soup that was the biggest and best I ever had. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection. The wine priced fair for a country club. All in all one of the best places to eat in TV
