Does anyone know of an honest, experienced auto mechanic in The Villages area? Please not one working at Walmart, Tire Choice, etc. One who takes pride in his work, guarantees it, and is knowledgeable. Thank you for there are many people calling themselves mechanics who are not!

We go to Hanson's on 441 and 27 right where it splits. Very honest and reasonable.

Wildwood Tire...one of our new advertisers here. They're the best. Quick, efficient, and super honest.

A third for Michael's. Very honest and reasonably priced. Have used multiple times and won't hesitate to call him next time.

Accu tech automotive !

Address: 11245 U.S. 301, Oxford, FL 34484
Phone: (352) 748-1500

I took my Caddy in for diagnosis...engine lite on. The owner, Bobby, gave me a thorough explanation of what the code meant and the required steps to address the problem.
I also have a HONDA Accord which I have already set up an appointment for a problem for him to work on.

Finally found a real mechanic! As in with someone I feel I can trust my automobiles.

Took a friends car to Wildwood Auto Repair 1190 S. Main St. and they were fantastic. We were told by two others (unnamed) that it probably needed a new starter. It was a loosely connected battery and the battery was completely run down. Wow! They were quick, honest and impressive. P.S While there I noticed some Sumter Fire Trucks and Villages Tolley's being repaired.

Can't beat Lady Lake Quality Tire on 466. Honest, great prices and they stand behind their work. They never try to up-charge you. I had both rear wheel brake cylinders replaced on an older Malibu. About a year later one started leaking and they replaced it for free.

AccuTech by Bobby Bowser.....352-748-1500

The most honest mechanic I have ever met in all my years of messing with cars.

Bobby will listen to what the customer says and then goes into diagnostic mode to be sure that is in fact the issue. He will give you an estimate based on the problem he diagnosed.

No hidden charges....if it takes less time to fix than estimated he will charge you less.

He is truly a mechanical and electrical genius....he KNOWS and understands HOW THINGS WORK (or not)......that goes for what ever the brand is you have in your garage including vintage collectors or exotics.
