As Personal Representative of my recently deceased parents' estate, I am seeking a private investor to work with us to pay off an unpaid principal balance of $85,000 to a reverse mortgage company on a home in the Alhambra section of The Villages with a current estimated property value of approximately $210,000. Willing to pay generous interest rate on private 15-year loan to keep property titled in family name. We are two relatively young (62 yo & 53 yo) degreed professionals (a Petroleum Engineer/Licensed Colorado Attorney and a Florida Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant) wanting to move from Colorado to TV, save and occupy the family home, and become productive, contributing, active, working members of The Villages community.
