Thank you!

I wish Zillow would do a quick disappearing act.
They are the worst and the public believes them!

When we were looking at properties privacy was our main concern. We bought in the Santo Domingo Villages which is up near Spanish Springs. We have a corner courtyard villa and love it. We only have one home on one side and the wall along our street on the other. We are fortunate as we have a friendly villa community. As far as how much you will have to do to the place that depends on what you want. Because we wanted on a corner lot and they were hard to find, we ended up practically remodeling the entire villa. However, it is now finished....to our liking with our colors, the flooring we like and removed a wall from the kitchen area to open it up. We have been here two years and have no intention of moving. For privacy sake, we believe we have all the privacy we want with the courtyard. If we want to visit we have lots of places to go. Good Luck!
