Looks pretty exciting. School. Medical research and treatment facilities. They seem to be building on the resource that is our folks living here while expanding beyond the traditional confines of a retirement community. I appreciate their candor about their plans. When things are still in the planning stages, talking about plans can raise expectations that future changes in the plan dash. I hope we keep in mind these are subject to change. It's hard keeping track of all that's going on as TV expands and these videos are most beneficial. Thanks, Morse family.

I continue to be impressed with the Morse family, their vision, their commitment and their leadership.

It certainly appears that they've recognized that additional 'town squares' isn't what will continue to make TV
attractive...and have come up with some great plans

I like what I'm hearing

Hope they do not lose sight that we are a 55 and older community.

Wow!!! Impressive.
I have noticed companies started by a father or grandfather that just die after the children take over. I was concerned that might happen here. Happy to see it isn't.
