Should we consider Model when buying a Designer Home?
On a resale, does a Iris or Gardenia or Bridgeport sell for more money? Should model be considered? Or does resale have to do with location, upgrades and square footage.

Price isn’t about the mode floor plan. In designers, the master bedroom can have dual closet, or called his and hers. Or can have one extremely large closet, remember closets are your only interior storage.
Second the cost on the designer you also have to factor in does it have a golf cart garage or a third car garage. And lastly what does the view give you, back of a house, Street or freeway, Waterview, Golfview, Or a commercial view. All of those factor into the price no matter what design you were looking at. Our first priority was the layout of the house and golf cart garage, our second priority was the view. |

Resale generally depends on how much a buyer is willing to pay for a specific house
Model location sq ft colors landscaping condition all factor in the decision |

resale is impacted by all three of the factors that you mentioned, along with condition, curb appeal, traffic, noise, taxes, the color of the interior walls, how well the house is 'staged', is it priced right to sell...along with other factors
