Electric cart groaning when turning. Most noticeable in tight turns to park. Turns and steers fine?

What size tires? Are there any marks on the tires sidewalls indicating rubbing or scraping?

No scrapes on standard size 8 or 8.5 tires. Sounds like coming from front. Steering rack or? Just groans or mmm sound.

Check the possible spring bushings, worn out bushings cause spring to rub on inside of rim, you would see a scratch on the rim.

No scrapes inside wheels. Even notice on 1/2 Turns steers and turn great. Don't see bushing wear.
