Default Battery Minder

Frank, 2 of my friends had 48 volt Battery Minders installed on their EZ Go carts a couple of days ago. The guy that installed them said they wouldn't need to use they EZ Go charger anymore to charge the batteries, just plug the Battery Minder in every time they parked the cart. It will keep the batteries charged and de-sulfated at the same time. Will the Battery Minder actually do this? If so, why is it so much cheaper than a regular charger. Sounds like a miracle machine to me.

The Battery Minder is a fine product but it should NOT be used as a primary golf cart battery charger. The facts are it is a desulfator and a 2 amp charger.
Your battery charger is a 15-17 amp charger that is ment to charge your cart in a reasonal
Period of time at a veriable automatic amp rate of charge.
