Unhappy Golf Cart Illumintated Turn Signals (in Mirror) problem

I have a 2014 Yamaha Golf cart with mirrors that also have digital turn signals.

When I accelerate the passenger side turn signals (in the mirror) is dimly illuminated. When I left off the gas it is not.

I am assuming this is a wiring issue but would like to know if there is an easy fix versus calling a golf cart mechanic.

Can this cause damage to something else if I do not get it fixed?

Thanks in advance.

It's never good to have any short in a cart, even a minor short like you have described. You are getting feedback when the generator is charging over 14 Volts.
We suggest you get it fixed correctly before it leades to a more serious conditions.

How about the Turn Signal end getting very warm when the Headlights are on? Problem or normal? 2016 Yamaha.

The stalk end getting hot is caused by the stock holigen headlights, LED lights would solve that issue, twice the light 1/3 electric.
