New batteries, water level good

When we plug the charger into the cart the reset button clicks on after 10 mins.

The charger has been checked and all is good.

We looked at the cart receptacle looks ok...not cracked or loose.

When the circuit breaker pops on the charger it is because something is overheating the 48 volt side of the charger and for safety sake it pops.
Some reasons that would cause this are, corrosion , faulty battery causing overdraw, bad charger relay, bad diod in charger or just a week circuit breaker in charger.
We sugest that the cart and charger be checked together by in shop diagnosis.
