New Gas Golf Cart UTV Hybrid 150cc can this be used on the cart paths?

These offer a smother ride..some can be throttle capped to 20mph..slightly wider than a yamaha cart 48 inches vs 47.2 inches. Golf carts to me were designed to go from tee to tee and offer poor road comfort quality especially on brick and concrete.
