Question Par Car Problems

So we had a regular cart mechanic come to the house for our Par Car that won't start and for no charge he told us that our used Par Car that we have had for 2 years has the "controller" which is out. He suggested to take to Par Car and it would be about $800 to fix. Sounds pretty steep to us. Does this estimate sound about right?

Yes, it is pricie and nobody rebuilds that controller if it's over 2007 and the controller is grey and blue.

Smile Par Car Mystery solved!

It was a "kill switch' that we had accidentally tripped when we put something in the glove box! Cost us $80 for Columbia Par Car to tow it to their shop. But a lot better than $800 the mechanic (who was recommended by TOTV)who came to our house had estimated. Lesson learned:call the dealer first, ask simple questions. I'm sure that Columbia Par Car had told us about the kill switch, cause we were looking for it, but in the wrong place, around the battery area. thanks for your responses to try and help us.
