Default Rear axle seal leaking

My 2010 Yamaha has a right rear axle seal that has been leaking. I've had it to The Villages Yamaha twice and all they have done is wipe up the oil. It's still under warranty but am concerned it will eventually run out of oil and seize up. I am wondering if it does seize up and I have records of this complaint would they repair it under warranty after the warranty is up? I'm not happy with their service and not now especialy since their yearly service went from $75. to $130.

I think they would put a seal in a category of a wear item as are brakes, they would most likely charge for replacement.
I would have the seal replaced even if there is a charge.
