Could you guide me to install or know who to call? I bought same speedometer from Amazon but clueless on installation.

I bought a CAT Velo9 Speedometer for the golf cart. My husband has the Velo7 on his. I need someone to install the speedometer on my golf cart. As you said, someone with light skills can do it. Problem is apparently I don't have the skills. I've tried but is confusing how and were place the magnet. I've read the instructions multiple times but is not working. If anyone could come and help would be appreciated. Thanking in advance.
