The Chicago Cubs win the National League pennant! #FlyTheW!

So happy for the people of Chicago and the long suffering Cubs fans all over the US, especially my dad -- the last time the Cubs were in the World Series my dad was 15. Go Cubs Go!

My Dad is 85 and he will be celebrating when he wakes up tomorrow to the news. The Cubs were winning when he went to bed but they went past his bedtime.

Now if they can just beat the Cleveland Indians and get that World Series Title.

I checked - you can go from Sanford to Rockford (both ways) for right at $130.00 per ticket (then a $20 bus to Union Station). Or for right at $900.00 you can take Southwest from MCO to MDW..
