With that said Hubert Davis has done a great job coaching UNC.

I agree the officiating has been suspect, very inconsistent.
But, the games have been exciting and competitive!
Big Ten had their usual collapse, far to much respect by the committee for that style of play.

I agree. Yes I am a Ky. and Murray St. fan. They will get everything K wants. It started off with the region he wanted to play in.

Tried to get a neighborhood group to do a bracket...they didn't understand, didn't watch, or just not interested.

Soooo...we did a basketball pool (just like the football 100 square type) read about on line.
It's actually fun...you sell all your 100 squares...then divide the $ in ranking of rounds...example round one gets 2$ per win and has 32 winners, round 2 maybe 4$.
So people love this bc EVERY game has a winner...total of 63 winners.
After you fill the board you pull the numbers across the top...labeled winner score. And again pull for side- losing score. Same board used for all games and you read it just like fb boards.
Everybody loved it, every person has won and it keeps you in throughout the whole event.

Yes, the pools help generate interest and excitement. My husband watches the games with his scores in the pool to watch.

I love watching these games. When you get to Sweet 16, you see very close games, amazing 3-pointers and heartbreakers and some great stories (St. Peter’s for example). Since all of my Indiana teams are out, as I said, I’d like to see Duke go all the way.
