I am sorry he let you down. I think that he is generally a responsible person. Our neighbors were very pleased with their blinds and price. The first owner of the home had no blinds at all. He had every blind hung in the house in less than an hour and they are pleased with the quality.

When things go right with Rick's company, which is the majority of the time, it is a wonderful experience. A miracle to get it all done so quickly. He has this down pretty much. But when things do not go correctly, as happens with all companies, a different tack should be taken.

Rick called to say he always recommends white blinds and shutters and that my ivory shutters will be here in August.
April May June July August.
Not acceptable.
Rick said nothing else. Some of you hoped he would try to make this better with an apology or concede that a refund is appropriate, but he did neither.
I will ask Rick's agent of record with the state of Florida, Village Tax and Acct Svc for the refund, otherwise, I'll file a civil summary suit (aka small claims.)

Why, dispute the charge?

agent of record with the state of Florida, Village Tax and Acct Svc for the refund, that is total waste of time.

The agent has nothing to do with the biz, he just hands letters to rick.

It U don't want dispute the then spend $5 for a small claims complaint.

Kitty when I get back there I'm going to take U under my wing and teach U a few things.

Call your credit card company, number is on the back, hello I want to dispute a charge.

On this date for this amount, goods not delivered, the money is back in your account, Rick gets notice, he argues or not his choice.

Done all the time.

It costs a lot more than $5.00 to file a county court complaint, Bob. And you have to understand some law basics and writing skills and terms to be successful...attached are the fees involved, but the effort and fees may not be worth it depending on the amount. It can actually cost $300.00 depending on the amount of claim
