Default Villages Audio Video is a Authorized Comcast Dealer

All the TV providers want us selling their products and they have pursued us relentlessly. We chose to partner with Comcast. Why?

Are they a perfect company? no.

Great customer service? not even close.

Do they provide higher commissions? Actually, they pay less than anyone.

Are there products any good? Absolutely!

Comcast Xfinity has without a doubt the best products available in The Villages. The Internet speeds start @ 25 Mbps, the X1 technology platform (the boxes in your home and the user interface) is way ahead of the competition and the High Definition On Demand library is extremely deep.

If you want the best, give us a call. All my Comcast customers get services without a contract. They get the best current package at the lowest price.

Can't I get the same deal if I just call Comcast? Maybe, but you're more than likely going to be told about higher price plans that pay out a higher commission rate and may include a contract.

So why do we sell Comcast if we chose to offer the low (or no) commission plans? I don't need to make living selling Comcast services. We're more about relationship building. If I can get you into a good deal on an outstanding product, maybe in the future you'll remember us for your audio, video and networking needs.

Tom

I can generally make an installation appointment in a day or two and I can't schedule out longer than 30 days.

Another Comcast bonus is 2 hour installation windows. 8am-10am, 10am-noon, etc. If they miss the window, you get a nice credit on your bill. I always recommend taking the morning appointment slot. That way the installer won't be running behind from previous jobs.

OK, I am confused, does Comcast still come out for installs? Who handles equipment upgrades? For example, I have Comcast, and they are pushing hard for me to upgrade to the X1 system. So if I contacted you who installs and programs the new equipment? If equipment fails, would I deal with you or the local Comcast office?
Thank you.
