Palmer course aerated & top dressed, in the last day or two. Small tines, which I don't think is good enough to solve their problem Greens, but it's a start.

Played yesterday.....................all was good.

Well except that damn tree on #9, Talley Ho.......hit a great second shot and the tree jumped out in front of my ball.

Tee boxes, fairways, traps, greens...............nice condition.

You should be past that tree with your drive.

Playing from the Golds, I've lost some distance.

Play to the friendly and a soft draw 2nd puts you at the 100.
Am lucky to live in the Hacienda Tierra Glenview triangle. 10 minutes by cart to a real 7 day range and a great selection of tracks. We consider Glenview our ‘country club’, excellent conditions year round. The Palms at Hacienda is a beautiful 9 and our go to for an early morning start to the day. (Oaks has really deteriorated and Lakes is chasing it to a degree)
Play with a couple of groups at other courses around the village and am usually disappointed to some degree when we go south of 466.
