Sam, good news and I hope your right. That's actually the way I've seen it over the many years we've been buying real estate. There's a little slump, and then back to the booming real estate market. Let's all hope.

OH Nancy. HOW fun!!! Soon I will have something icy to drink for you when you are out there laboring away with the shuffleboard.....thingy. :) That is the right house! I am doing the math right now to buy material to start sewing the window coverings and get blinds so Sweetie won't have his youth and innocence on display. (His youth anyway)

Hi All,

I feel at times a good cry, especially with close friends is a very healing thing to do. All we have to do is set our clocks and decide what time to have a group cry.

Personally after a good cry, lots of hugs, I feel better. But that is just me.

Besides, since we are going to have all these parties you need to be there - we accept no other DJ. Another thing who will write such beautiful poetry about the Sistahs? Perhaps one of the most important things you do - glamorize all of us.
