Nah, Barb. Nothing like that. Tony is ticked with us for jacking a serious thread.. and rightly so I might add. We just get carried away. I'm sort of sorry that thread content has to be so
strictly adhered to. :cop:Many of us do our best work when we color outside of the lines. ;)
Tony, we'll try to do better.

au contraire, mon ami.....My comment was strictly tongue-in-cheek; reading between the lines, that is. Y'all sure do stir the pot and come up with great subtle humor which is soooo funny.

I agree with Tony about the Helping Hands thread being a very serious thread. What worries me is if someone is in need of assistance and reads Tony's post, he/she will wonder what on earth he is talking about. That could be a deterrent to anyone thinking about posting for help.

Now that I can't sit comfortably due to this sore rear end, I hope Tony deletes his post, too. Sorry Tony cause I was one of the silly culprits. http://i254.photobucket.com/albums/h...ustedsmile.gif

Re: Chatters Talk: Happy or Sad

Change of subject. You know we all think we are pretty smart. We chose TV. Try your hand at this.

1. How do you put a giraffe into a refrigerator?

Stop and think about it.

The correct answer is: Open the refrigerator, put in the giraffe, and close the door. This question tests whether you tend to do simple things in an overly complicated way.

2 How do you put an elephant into a refrigerator?

Did you say, Open the refrigerator, put in the elephant, and close the refrigerator?

Wrong Answer.

Correct Answer: Open the refrigerator, take out the giraffe, put in the elephant and close the door. This tests your ability to think through the repercussions of your previous actions.

3. The Lion King is hosting an animal conference. All the animals
attend .... Except one. Which animal does not attend?

Correct Answer : The Elephant. The elephant is in the refrigerator. Didn't you just put him in there? This tests your memory. Okay, even if you did not answer the first three questions correctly, you still have one more chance to show your true abilities.

4. There is a river you must cross but it is used by crocodiles, and
you do not have a boat. How do you manage it?

Correct Answer: You jump into the river and swim across. Have you not been listening? All the crocodiles are attending the Animal Meeting. This tests whether you learn quickly from your mistakes.

According to Anderson Consulting Worldwide, around 90% of the
professionals they tested got all questions wrong, but many preschoolers got several correct answers. Anderson Consulting

says this conclusively disproves the theory that most professionals have the brains of a four-year-old.

Duh, I got them all wrong! Cute Sam. ;D

Giraffes, elephants and crocodiles

Well 1st off, my giraffe won't fit in the fridge, so how can I possibly fit an elephant? If they aren't in the fridge, they all made it to the conference, which also means I can't swim across the river because I am at the animal conference also. Or am I a vegetable or a mineral?? ??? :dontknow: ;D

I am thinking about this Rhonda, but I will require more wine to solve it. All of the wine is warm because of the :edit: elephant that is taking up the space.

Maria, I think Crispers is on the 19th of Sept.
Gracie..I got them all wrong. I think my unwillingness to move the wine out of the fridge so I could fit the giraffe in may have been my downfall. I never even bothered with the elephant.

1rnfl 1rnfl 1rnfl Ladies! I'm laughing so hard. I couldn't get the giraffe in either because of my extra armadillo! Must have extra in case of company! Oh, yes, I'm sitting here with the bottle of wine.
