So much for "Living in Paradise". We pay for everything we use. Even the Fitness Centers.

I hear Del Webb and Stonecrest provide very nice Fitness Centers at no daily, quarterly , or annual fee.

Ok, let me have it for the blasphemy!!!! No, I don't want to move.

The rec centers, both neighborhood and regional are FREE if all involved are residents.

You aren't really supposed to charge anything. Some volunteer teachers will have a fee for certain things like printing or paints they "sell", but it isn't supposed to happen that way. I can't blame them, they spend a good deal of time in preparation. They will have someone pass the hat..but that isn't really tickity boo.

If you wanna think this place isn't wonderful, you are allowed.

Howsomever, I think it is terrific and you get a lotta bang for your bucks.

And you don't think you pay for these these things at Del Webb and Stonecrest?

you do, in other ways, no free lunch.

Also those communities I just guess don't had the added appreciation in value nor can they sell their homes as quickly if they wish.

I was told the same as jim stated below, not free even if all are residents, it's only to recognized clubs, call Pam Henry is you wish.

I rented the large room at the Chatham Rec Center. Cost was $52 per hour x 2 hours + sales tax. I also had to give them a $75 refundable cleaning deposit which was returned to me in the mail two weeks after the event.

You are right, but a recognized club has a very wide range. They just don't want people using the rec rooms for for profit things...for free. And they don't want clubs that have a membership of outside people who do not pay the amenity fees.

Makes sense to me.

They have a Cincinnati club and they have a Long Island club, but probably no nudist club.

What amenities does a nudist club need?
