Smile New Building on the way!

As a member of this church, I find it exciting, welcoming and open to
thought and learning. We have a new building in our future, we hope
to be in during 2010. Come and visit, I know you will be warmly
welcomed.

My wife and I use to attend a Congregational Church that was associated with the UCC. Is this the same UCC and is it the Liberal wing of the Congregational church?
Just wondering as I've never seen a stand alone UCC church.
