Default Starting a stroke club

I would like to start a stroke club at Paradise Center. I know there is one in Bridgeport Center but that is the only one and 45 minutes away by golf cart! I have had a stroke and live in the villages at Orange Blossom Hills side. Any person interested?

i live in alhambra and do travel by golf cart to the stroke support group at bridgeport. they also have luncheons at various village restaurants monthly.
another support resource is the handicapped club that meets at the paradise rec center.

a 45 minute trip to a club meeting is "normal' for many golf cart villagers and will soon increase to an hour plus for lots of folks but clubs do seem to start second locale groups when they grow overly large.
i'm not sure enough interest could be generated for a second stroke support group but it can't hurt to try. contacting the recreation department for specific guidelines.
