I'm aware there's several musical groups that play country, bluegrass, etc., but
I would like to put together a band of sorts to play old and new country, traditionals,
old rock, to play for groups. Looking for drummer, violin player, lead guitar, etc.
Anyone interested. Would mean practicing weekly.

We're not Villagers yet, but hope to be in the near future. We live in Orlando, so we're not so far away. I play at the guitar, and sing. I do mostly country, folk, and Irish. My wife and I will be at the Villages for the Labor Day weekend, and if you get something going, I'd be willing to drive up sometimes for practices, etc.

I play traditional country piano with a group outside of The Villages. I would like to stay closer to home if you're interested in piano leads and fills.
