Is anyone a member of a DAR Chapter in TV? I am member looking to transfer my membership from Charleston, WV. I want to get active here. Also am member of the UDC. Looking to transfer membership.

I have often wondered what the DAR women did. I have heard that only a select few can be members. I don't know what UDC is.

DAR ( Daughters of the American Revolution) or UDC ( United Daughters of the Confederacy).

I believe that membership requires proof of ancestry for both.
