Default Foosball

Is there any truth to the rumor that AAC is considering installing Foosball tables in all the Recreation Centers? If it's true I imagine a lot of new clubs forming around them but I wonder where they would put them!

AAC has no authority over all of The Villages.

If you like a bit of peace and quiet, Vote NO!
Some years ago our local pub installed a table, and within weeks landlord lost half his regulars.
He binned it after a few months!

You mean like the handicap chair lifts? Which I haven’t seen one used yet.

Much too noisy! I guess you could create a room (similar to the billiard room) to muffle the sound but, really, such an expense for so few? Then we can install indoor shuffleboard tables and, why not, dart boards.Seems more suitable for a tavern. Maybe one of the multiple drinking establishments might step up to the plate??

Default My husband, Ken, loves to play Foosball

We grew up in Chesapeake Va..he played in Portsmouth and Norfolk. Would be fun to have at least one or two tables. I bought him a Rene Pierre for his 40th.
