Dan Brown is a former aerial reconnaissance weather officer with both the 53rd and 54th Weather Reconnaissance Squadrons. He will discuss why we still fly missions into Hurricanes. Will cover the mission and organization of the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron, the structure of hurricanes, and the process used to collect data in support of warning centers.

We will meet Monday, July 21, 2025 @ 1:00 PM at the Everglades Rec Center.
