Default Model Ship Builders Club?

I am interested in learning to build wood model ships - specifically old sailing ships. (not RC models)

If there isn't one, is there anyone with experience that would be interested in starting one and acting as mentors?

and did not find one, hopefully others with interest in this area will contact you.

Thanks for looking, I looked too and hoped there was a local club not listed. Maybe if someone contacts me we can start one - even if only informally.
