I have a file in Windows 7 called Favorites. On the bottom taskbar there is a shortcut to that folder called Links
Is there any way to replicate this in Windows 8? I have the folder, I know where it is, how do I make a shortcut to it on the taskbar?

If you right-click on the folder, it might give you the option. If not, try creating a short-cut to the folder, then right click on the short-cut and see what options it gives you.
