I have an iPad Air 2 that I use as my clock now. 'Hey Siri, what time is it'. The time is 8:13am, Good morning'.

Don't stress about iPads, unless you travel a lot, an iPhone will be better.

My friend uses an iPad for everything, and its his thing, he sits on couch around family and can email and use the internet.

Personally, if you BUY one now, just get the regular iPad, you can order one online at apple. I believe buying from the source.

Thanks Dude. I am a techie sort of person and like having technology at my fingertips. I have an Iphone 6 plus and love it but it cannot do everything I want. It is too small these days for my eyes even though it is the largest phone they make. It is fine as a phone. I also have a first generation IPad that is not cellular. I do quite a bit of travel and want the newest IPad Pro cellular version with 128G because as it is now I travel down the road in the passenger seat of our car with my small laptop attached to my hot spot on my lap surfing the net. Having the larger Ipad would be ideal for me. I'm just looking to get the best price.

IPads overcharge, and Samsung does just as good a job for almost half the cost of an iPad.

I have saved a lot on buying Apple factory refurb., they have the same 1 year warranty:
Refurbished Mac - Apple

Also, ebay, from a highly rated seller can be good for used: tech Deals on eBay | Best deals and Free shipping

I don't know how often you travel but I use my iPad Pro on wireless and then buy an AT&T plan for when we travel. It saves money and works well for us.
