Default Laptop Display

On a 13 inch laptop, would you opt for a Quad HD touchscreen (2560 x 1440 pixels) which probably looks stunning, or a Full HD touchscreen (1920 x 1080 pixels) which is not as taxing on the battery?

The difference in price is about $100.

Thanks.

Can you check it out anywhere? Google reviews for the notebook.

I would make my decision on the major use of the computer. Internet and email would not require as much as graphic intensive work would.

2560x1440 seems too high a resolution for a 13 inch display. I doubt most people would notice a significant difference in image quality versus 1920x1080. In my opinion, the CPU (and GPU and battery) cost of pushing the extra pixels isn't justified.

I have a laptop with touch screen capability and I don't use the touch screen at all. I use my keyboard and mouse but maybe I'm old school with that.

I would not pay extra for the extra resolution on a 13" screen.
