I was going to buy a Mac laptop but was advised on TOTV to give the Google Chromebook a look. Saved a pile of money and am satisfied so far. I would think that you really can't go wrong with your choice. Good Luck.

My Lenovo is going on 5 years old and works perfect. Never had any problems. A real workhorse.

I have the ThinkPad. On my third one (each time getting smaller). No issues over the last ten years. I don't have Windows 10 yet, but my IT guys says he likes 10.

Well, it's the name of the Chinese company that bought IBM's PC business back in 2005.
