Purchased MSFS 2020 (10 disk set) and it would not install. Returned it and purchased directly through Microsoft Xbox store. Downloaded to 2 tb external drive (F. This was not successful either. I know the hard drive on the computer is not large enough but the external should work. I am unable to find executable file on the F: Drive. Microsoft shows the program has been purchased. Any help? I have spent at least 30-40 hours trying to install. Tech help needed.

Security check

Is it possible that you downloaded the entire program onto the external drive? Most Windows programs must have the executable files located on the "C" drive where your basic windows OS software is located, but other files can reside on another drive. For this program, it looks like the "launcher/app" files must be on the "C" drive. Good luck.
