just got a android tablet and I DL'd the itunes/apple music app.. i was able to log on but I can't get into my library of music that I have already purchased... I know I have to get itunes to recognize a new device but not sure how to do it.... I think with my iphone and old ipad it just automatically came up and asked about new device..

Usually, the port where you plug in the tablet to charge it is the same port for usb file transfer. I would transfer the music files to the tablet and then try to import the files into the music library in the app. But, since you have an Android tablet, you may want to download the Google Play Music app and see if the music files are compatible with that app instead of ITunes.

The google play music app won't play itunes. It's a different file type. You have to use the apple music app. Here's the instructions: Join Apple Music on Android - Apple Support

According to the Google Play Music help site, Google does support ITunes music, which is in the AAC file format. It converts the AAC files to MP3.
