Default Changing email -Outlook Express to Gmail

Can anyone tell me how to get my inbox folders from Outlook Express to Gmail? I've gotten Gmail to import my new emails, but I can't figure out how to get my folders and also my contacts (I did what Gmail said to do to get contacts, but it only brought my name). If you know or know someone who's done this type of thing before, please let me know. I'd be happy to pay someone to help. Thanks.

Default Outlook contacts

Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express: Here are some general directions to follow, though instructions may vary by version. For more detailed instructions, open 'Help' in Outlook or Outlook Express and type 'export' in the search box. Look for topics that include 'export wizard,' 'export information,' 'exporting contacts' or 'exporting address book contacts' in the title.
From Outlook:

* Select File > Import/Export > Export from the main menu
* Choose Comma Separated Values (Windows) > Select "Contacts" > Save exported file

From Outlook Express:

* Select File > Export > Address Book from the main menu.
* Select Text File (Comma Separated Values).
* Click Export.

Try this link http://www.jmaxbits.com/email%20&%20isps.htm you will have to scroll down a long way to the G-mail section. Hopefully your answer is there.
