Live streaming no longer working on all browsers
All live stream video on TV network sites quit working today on all my browsers (FF, Chrome, and Opera) and on all the network sites I have bookmarked (Comedy Central, Bravo, PBS, etc.) I can log in correctly with my provider info but get an error message that live stream video can't be played.
Non-live stream videos do run correctly (for example on Netflix, Hulu, Prime). I changed my FF settings to autoplay all audio and video but no help. I disabled my ad and pop-up blockers but that didn't make a difference. Live streams played fine earlier today with those add-ons enabled, anyway. This is on a Windows 7 laptop I use mostly for streaming. Thanks for any suggestions! |

The problem seems to be related to Flash no longer working. I changed my browser settings to allow Flash to play by default and reinstalled the player. Some sites are now working but others remain stubborn.
I'm also struggling with browser hijacker r.srvtrck. No malware removal tools have been able to identify it. There are instructions online but they require system changes and I'm not sure I trust them. The hijack is intermittent and spawns a new tab to an external site when I click an item description in Amazon. Anyone have experience removing it? The reason I stick with Windows is because it allows me to modify specific features (menu font size, window padding size, icon font size, etc.) to make them bigger to accommodate my decreased vision. Can Apple products do that? |

I just learned that Best Buy is an authorized Apple Dealer. The other one I've been to was in Altamonte Springs about an hour away. Really impressive place. They had me fixed up and on my way in about a half-hour, no charge and this was on an 8-year-old iMac. Good Luck. The Chromebook is also very impressive and much cheaper. |

Apple is very good at Accessibility features on their OS's.
Just another note. Any veteran can get a 10% discount on most Apple products, by ordering online.... Veterans and Military Purchase Plan - Apple You have to verify once, but that process is very easy to do. |

That's probably a good buy. iPhone's are generally better than Androids too. Here are a couple good reasons:
'Even though the iPhone has a smaller market share, developers still tend to make the best apps for iOS first.' 'Apple Pay is still in its early days, but so far Apple is the only company that has created an easy-to-use mobile payments platform that's accepted at a lot of major retailers.'
